Refund Policy

Refunds:
Your camp or event fee, less a 25% non-refundable administrative fee, will be refunded if you cancel 2 weeks prior to your event. At any time after that date, the refund will be made only for medical reasons and extenuating circumstances. If it is a medical reason it must be accompanied by a signed medical statement from your physicians. If no request is made before camp begins, NO refund will be given, including no-shows.
